These Terms and Conditions contain important information regarding your booking. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.

1. Bookings and Payment
All bookings must be made in advance through the website or an authorised booking platform.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing your booking details.
It is your responsibility to check that all booking details are correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder and contact us if necessary.

2. Prices
All prices are listed per person unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Once a booking has been confirmed, the price paid will not be affected by any subsequent price changes.

3. Tickets and Attendance
Your booking confirmation (electronic or printed) serves as your ticket.
Your name will be on the attendance list; however, you may be asked to present your confirmation.
Tickets are valid only for the date and time specified and are non-transferable.

4. Arrival and Departure
Tours depart promptly at the advertised time.
You are responsible for allowing sufficient time for travel and arriving at the meeting point in advance. We recommend arriving at least 10 minutes before the start time.
If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that you will be able to join the tour. No refunds will be given for missed tours due to late arrival.

5. Cancellations and Refunds (Customers)
Cancellations must be made in writing.
* Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour may be eligible for a transfer or refund
* Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable
* Failure to attend the tour will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable
Refund requests must be submitted by email with a clear explanation.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
* Late arrival
* Failure to attend
* Weather conditions

6. Cancellations and Changes (Dead London Walks)
We reserve the right to cancel or amend a tour due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
* Severe weather
* Public events, road closures, or safety concerns
* Guide illness
In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
We also reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the route, content, or guide where necessary.

7. Weather Policy
Tours operate in all weather conditions unless cancelled by us for safety reasons.
You are responsible for dressing appropriately for the weather and conditions.

8. Health and Safety
By participating in the tour, you accept responsibility for your own safety.
You agree to:
* Follow all instructions given by the guide
* Exercise due care when walking, particularly when crossing roads
* Be aware of your surroundings at all times
We accept no liability for injury except where caused by our negligence.

9. Customer Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse participation or remove any individual from a tour without refund if their behaviour:
* Is disruptive, unsafe, or offensive
* Puts themselves, the guide, or other participants at risk
Alcohol consumption during the tour is not permitted.

10. Personal Property
You are responsible for your personal belongings at all times.
We accept no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

11. Children
Due to the themes of the tour, it may not be suitable for younger children. We recommend the tour as suitable for children aged 14 years and over.
Participation of younger children is at the discretion of a responsible adult, who must accompany them at all times.

12. Content and Atmosphere Disclaimer
This tour includes references to death, disease, and historical suffering, and may include visual depictions of these themes.
The tour takes place outdoors in the evening and involves low lighting conditions, uneven surfaces, and public streets. Participants should take appropriate care at all times.

We may occasionally take photographs or video during tours for marketing purposes.
Where this occurs, we will seek verbal consent at the start of the tour.
If you do not wish to be included, please inform the guide.
Guests are welcome to take photographs; however, filming the guide requires prior permission.

Our liability is limited to the value of the ticket purchased, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including travel costs, accommodation, or other expenses.
